Tax credits helpline 100+ calls and still no answer!

As title,
I've currently made over 100 calls to the tax credit helpline to update some important information. This has been over a period of 10 working days.
I gave called at various times if the day, trying to assess when the busiest times may be, and avoiding those, however the furthest I've got is to submit my information by voice, and then put on hold, most of the time over 60 mins before either it, or I have cut myself off!
I am desperate to update this info, cannot write due to no post office/box nearby (I live in a very remote little village with no transport).
Has a yo e got any ideas, I'm starting to get really worried that this info needs to be updated!
Thanks in advance

No not a weekday as I'm travelling to work, but I've tried all times from about 8.10Am to 7.30pm every week day and all through the day of Saturday!
I guess I'll have to keep persevering, and hope they understand that I have been calling, it's a change that must be reported immediately! Which is why I'm so stressed at not getting through!0 -
Can you just write to them? I have to update them too and am putting it all off.2025 starting April and 2 adults: £257; £255; £243;

I used to always ring at 7.45 and get through but last week I tried and it was a message after I pressed diff options saying closed till 8am then I rang again at 7.55 and t worked I held for 46 mins.
However my children were off school Thursday so I rang school pick up time 3 ish I think and got through immediately after hitting an option!
It's pot luck I think keep trying0 -
Got through at 7.30pm strangely! Thanks for your advice!0

http://www.cfhdocmail.com/index.html?VM=Everyone is a service I've used in the past to submit documents when I cannot get out.
While it does not have proof of posting, there is at least a record you've actually sent something.
I have no connection with this service other than as a satisfied customer.0 -
I ring at 7.45 everytime and get through straight await this is the best time to call0
