UKPC fold at first appeal stage.

Firstly I would like to thank the fabulous guys and girls that spend their free time helping others to beat these parking Cowboys.
Long story short I was given a Parking Charge Notice by UKPC for 'leaving the site' at Vastern Court in Reading.
Luckily before appealing via their appeals portal I decided to google them and came across the Sticky tread in the the main forum.
I followed the advice contained within this, to the letter, and have now received confirmation that the charge has been cancelled after only the first stage appeal.
All I can say to anyone receiving one of these fake fines is read the sticky threads, repeatedly, until you fully understand what you need to do, once you have done this start reading the threads started by others, then read and read and read some more.
Help save the wonderful regulars on here some time and only post if you have something unusual (which if you take the advice above, you will soon work out that 99% of the time your case is exactly the same as most).
Many thanks once again for the great advice and I will point anyone I know that gets one of these tickets to this very forum!

Well done, and doubly well done for understanding that all the information needed is already here and it's not necessary to engage in ten-page threads!Je suis Charlie.0

If you are on board with all this ...... can I please ask if you have filled out the Government consultation survey?
