If that was from a normal spend, they have spent over £100k on their credit card! I'm sure they would notice missing the points.

AFAIK all the Amex cards have the main offers. BA Amex classic card has no fee. (BA=British Airways). I'm sure that Lloyds also do a free fee Amex.

Re candy crush maybe they want people to pay to move on. It is a pest thought having to wait lol.
