You can opt out of receiving the delivered catalogues - might have to be done over the phone but not sure if there is an option under your online account settings to do it yourself

ThanksI opted for no catalogue and added the £10 code. I then added an item for £20, but the total has gone back to £20 in checkout?

Give them a ring - I did previously and had to wait until I got the order, decided what I wanted to keep and then call them a second time and they put the £10 back on my card.

Are you a new customer or existing? If existing, your account must be "dormant" i.e. must not have been used for 6 months
