    Got one of these for DD last Xmas. She makes a breakfast smoothie type concoction every morning. It has been great for her weight loss programme. Great for using RTC fruit and veg, but, unfortunately DD really likes to use avacdo, so not the cheapest for me!

    Morning Lovely People,

    Happy Birthday Nannylala!

    Last day of the hols for us. DH has had a whirlwind of a week painting and gardening etc. I feel a bit disappointed with my efforts as I haven't got very far down my list.

    We did have a nice Afternoon Tea at Marco Pierre Whites. (DS1 Xmas present to us), but I haven't felt very well since!

    Visited DM yesterday. This always requires a visit to Cheshire Oaks as a reward! I almost bought UGGs and a Jeager handbag, but resisted, and now I am regretting it. DH spotted a Tux suit reduced to £70 from £500 and it fitted! He is now ready for our cruise!

    Must get motivated!
