Popped into Sada to check on those 2p and 10p items. Unfortunately, the floor wipes, Mr.Muscle glass cleaner and extra virgin oil were all normal price. Shame I forgot my wallet and had to leave them :rotfl:

I noticed the Mr Muscle had a different bc to the SEL so there could be 2 codes out there.

Please could someone post a picture of the massager? I don't really know what I'm looking for. TIA.

who is in Southampton before July 20th? Maybe the night before a crusie

Nice meal deal at Grand Harbour from Groupon - don't forget topcashback - book via a special link

I know their breakfasts are lovely but I've never had dinner there - meatballs in ikea for us :D

Rose I hope the i laws are doing well, so awful both if them in hospital at the same time. Speedy recovery wished for them :)

I don't know what the below is but the ingredients appeal to me so will find out when I read back

Just noticed in method it seems to be a porridge type mix, that's good as I love porridge :D

100 gms oats ( flanahans or similar )
    1 mashed ripe banana
    tablespoon linseeds
    taplespoon chia seeds
tablespoon peanut butter ( whole earth or any)
    tablespoon raisins

Put in a bowl add enough milk to cover oats ( almond soya coconut or any) depending how wet you like your porridge. Mix well ( bit tough cause of peanut butter but needs blending well)
Divide into individual portions in airtight containers and refrigerate for at least 10 hours.
Serve with stewed apple, blueberries or anything else you fancy.

dd microwaves for 30 seconds to soften up.
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Lovely photos N. I'm struggling with getting photo bucket to work on my iPad, so can't post one of where I am at the moment, so I'll just say hello from Southern California

Been awake since 4am due to the time difference, so naturally took the opportunity to catch up with the elite :D Off to find some breakfast soon.

I'm going by the fact the full hi-res image was posted to the comments section of the hukd thread hours before 10 ways posted it

10ways must be magical with photoshop then, as they've got an image with more content (look at the hand) and no cropping on the shelf image.

I will say this only once and quietly
    (to the Mission Impossible tune)

    shifty.gif

I am fine :D well apart from being passed around from safe house to safe house (lofts/sheds/dog basket/chicken coops) and all undercover of darkness and blindfolded I may add

All I know is when I had my blindfolded slightly up, the first lady/captor not that I could really tell she spoke with some weird accent  had proper strange feet smelt of whisky and insisted in knocking me off my feet with her !!! everytime she got excited :rotfl:

The second one must have been really small because getting up the stairs to her loft took an eternity and then I had to listen to hours of "What could possibly be wrong with this seating plan " and then the sound of paper being ripped up

Third one was on a campaign trail so I was left to sleep with a big dog or a truly ugly woman with bad breath but to be fair a bit of a contortionist so not all bad

Fourth one said I was no use when I could not cook or garden for her whilst being blindfolded

So to sum it up I am fine not like I found a ginger pube or anything as earth shattering as that ;)

    :D:rotfl::grouphug: :rotfl::D
