Thanks aau, have done that method when it first started, bit long winded on my devices, thought I would try to make it easier by using phone, rather than scanning etc.

Trying to move with the times!!

sometimes the app doesnt work for me so I open up a browser page and upload that way x

I am very emotional today. I am a grateful person for my lot in life. I have the most selfless husband who has shown me more love than I thought possible or thought I deserved.

But in regards to you guys. I cherish you for the friendship and I thankyou everytime I look round my house. All the Ops have furnished the house, took me on journeys, fixed up my garden, took me on meals, filled my cupboards to the brim and taught me freezer tetris. Fixed my log fire. Its endless

I have seen films for free and gone to the theatre. I have filled other members of the family homes for free to. Donated to the food bank.

I have laughed till I wept and cried (Mr 3dogs, Mad and Melody :A)

My house is mortgage free and it means my family have a home for life. That was our mission.

    Mission complete. :j

    thankyou xxxx

Massive congratulations Bananababe, it's a fantastic achievement.

I've just met you guys and I love this thread, everybody is so friendly.

I am only a few weeks into this journey but I'm thoroughly enjoying the savings.

Thank you to everyone and well done again Bananababe on being mortgage free

    Good morning Elite :hello:

The sun was shining a minute ago and now we have rain  just as well I had no plans for a shopping trip :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hospital the other day have said they don't want to see me for 5 months so all good there. Physio Wednesday was 'murder', she was so rough with me, (I like gentle) anyway left with aching muscles, as I should do, so spent yesterday taking it easy and doing excercises. Same for today. Sciatica still raging too  didn't sleep well so will nap during the day if needed.

I've still not sent DH on a glitch shop, only thing I would want is loo rolls but as he would be on foot I can't expect him to carry 3 or 4 packs of loo rolls+ fillers now can I :rotfl::rotfl: :rotfl:

Happy Birthday Hornetgirl :bdaycake: have a great day

Hugs to the poorlies and those who feel down x

I nipped down Lidl 5 mins walk away, walked there in the sun, got soaked on the way back

As for your DH carrying the loo roll, that is what rucksacks are for:cool:

It's actually off a Waitrose website, and I am sitting waiting for the rain to finish like a wimp!!

    Pork, apple & stuffing meatloaf

Total time: Ready in 40 minutes 40 minutes

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

85g pack Paxo Sage and Onion Stuffing mix
    1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
500g pack essential Waitrose British Pork Mince
1 Waitrose Free Range Egg, beaten
    1 apple, cored and grated
2 tsp essential Waitrose Wholegrain Mustard

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Mix the stuffing with 225ml boiling water and leave for 2–3 minutes.

    2. Meanwhile, mix the sage with the pork, egg, apple and mustard, and season.

    3. Spread half in the base of a 900g loaf tin. Spread over the stuffing mix and then spread over the remaining pork mixture. Bake for 35 minutes until cooked throughout.
Just home from T's thought i would vary this a tad
    2 x 750gm steak mince reduced to 55p each :)
2x chopped fresh mushrooms 1x chopped onions 5p each 3 for 2 multi still came off lol
box 6 free range large eggs 20p
    decent result in all :)
