Ah I misunderstood what Snap meant. I have just found if you change to "Basic" email it reverts back to white screen and no email advert but not sure what you would lose doing that.

Been trying to see where Snap says you can unsubscribe from the adverts not found it yet!

If you click on the S on right side of the advert - you can go to opt out of ads...
but you can't opt out of all - about 4 companies still can advertise their rubbish
