It's one of the settings when you click on the cog top right corner. Got to "Settings" and untick enable conversations. I found it for him so got some brownie points.

I've been using the nspa massager, does the simple facewash work with the Sannex? That would be handier, have several massagers at home and BF suggested I returned them to A :rotfl::o

nspa thingy works on the 3 for £4 offers simple face wash is in the 3 for £5
