I had the worst leg leg cramp last night, I shot out of bed at some disgusting hour sometime last night with red hot pain shooting down my leg. It's still throbbing now and blooming hurts. Anyone know any other remedies other than stuffing my face with bananas to keep cramp at bay??
Morning bubbs

Morning logie, hope your well hun.
Well done to your ds :T:T
For cramp it can be to do with low salt levels. If you get regularly it may be worth a visit to the Doctor.

They are very common in pregnancy, particularly near the end. I remember shooting out of bed too. So the best preventative measure would be to give birth:D
Other than that, keep hydrated, try a warm bath before bed and do some leg stretches♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥0 -

Maybe you need time to think about where to go with the business then. If you have the ideas you simply need a plan of action, once you build up a client base things sort of flow from there. Problem is, these days you seem to need to start with a decent website.
Interestingly our website is extremely basic, most of our customers come through word of mouth or the Business club my OH belongs to (BNI).0 -

Lol well that would defo be the best cure!
I'm half way through painting the bedroom at the mo so I would quite like him to stay put please. I plan on finishing it today though. I've given up with baths though, I lay back then can't get back upright again :o

It is quite funny, they are so separate in my mind I had never connected the two:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
It is actually a Breakfast club of sorts, Business Networking International (I think) is what it stands for!
Stinky I find the best way to relieve cramp short-term is to rub between the second and third toes, regardless of where the cramp is in the body this seems to help. I had a prolonged period of cramp (days ) a few years ago and was informed I was getting far too little salt. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

That's probably true of me too. I always add it when cooking but never put extra on my dinner. (Unless I'm having mash, I live salty mash lol)
Will have to start adding a little on my dinner then I reckon.
Thanks hun.Life is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0
