For some reason I can get old on chrome now (couldn't before, not even using incognito)

But even stranger is when I try and print to pdf on new, it's telling me it cant as my browser needs to be IE8 or above...I'm using IE11

new/old changes all the time for me. if I turn my router off.

IE = new - if private browsing = old (but cant print anymore using IE)
fire fox = new on normal and private window. (was old on private yesterday)
chrome = old on normal and incognito browsing.
