Thanks for the replies re tenants. Sunshinemummy omg :eek:that is awful. Our experience is not too disimilar to yours. some people are just disgusting.
Re inspections, we do try to leave tenants in peace, although this property had actually been checked in March as the tenant's asked if they redecorate it. But in reality they haven't - they've not. If they'd just left the decorating it would have been ok, there was nothing wrong with the existing decorations instead we've had to start from scratch, but is only a drop in the ocean.
Oh and going an extra mile and including a hut in the garden in the long run gives you more work, because they put all their rubbish in it, rather than a bin.
Also the LHA rate has dropped so we are receiving a reduced rate of rent compared to a couple of years ago.

Back on topic, heading to A to spend a largish Dove APG, wish me luck! ;)
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

No problem. Don't mind checking if I can but wouldn't have a clue how to send a voucher though or even how to post up results:(

LFAB, sorry meant to say i do hope your ok xx

    Thanks Bubbs :A

Just realised I've got online APG's expiring on Tuesday so need to figure out what to spend them on. No idea if there is anything glitching at the moment. Might just do a muggle shop and stock up on some bits and pieces seeing as there's a bit of space in the freezer at the moment.

Going to see if I can afford Nowtv next season for footie the picture is a lot better than on cricfree and other free channels. I can have picture on full screen.

Daughter in law will love it at the match the atmosphere will be fantastic :D.
