Thank you.
I was aware of the many people having their accounts frozen or cancelled due to evoucher use, so I've been quite careful recently. My evoucher use on this order was under £15, and I am a good bit under the £100 for this month.
It's been a strange 10 mins, lol.
Firstly I got a phone message from A to say that the higher amount was correct and that it included the multisave discount!? Therefore I wasn't getting a refund.
I decided that showing them the receipt was the only way to make them understand so scanned it and was in the process of typing up an email when I got another phonecall.
I picked up this time and lo and behold, the person had done her sums and I was correct, I was overcharged by twenty-odd quid and she's processed a refund.
When I asked her why the difference in such a short time, she mumbled about my evoucher not coming off, but that makes no sense. The numbers just don't work out.
In fact I'm unable to see where the different, higher value actually comes from at all as none of the combinations of items I've tried add up to it?
So, I'm getting my refund:T, and all I can say is good luck to any of you who need to chase one too as it's a very frustrating process.
It's only a game

Slight glitch on rolls:
Vs T and M
2 x ASDA Chosen by You White Finger Rolls (6)£1.30£1.00
These are on 3 for £1.50.
It appears to be Big Eat Rolls that they bought (0268060 00070) - just trying to look at that as they bought 2 packs of those so actually paid 3 for £1.50 plus full price. It seems the Big Eat Rolls have failed to show on the APG at all, so two packs both missing. However, receipt shows the A mbuy as being on the two Big Eat Rolls plus one of the White Finger packs - I think that's due to taking highest value as individual prices are 70p Big Eat and 65p on White Finger, so they pay 3 for £1.50 plus one full price (65p) White Finger Rolls pack, not 3 for £1.50 plus 70p. (Mbuy deduction of 55p on the receipt and can tell which items give the mbuy as they are marked with a letter "L" at the end.) I don't think that affects anything here as the Big Eat Rolls are total no-show, so one pack of those and two White Fingers should give two White Fingers at full price - would need two of those to get that comp. as T and M are both mbuy price. There may be other, better items to go with one pack of Big Eat Rolls - need to find high individual price in the A offer and more cheap elsewhere.0
