Evening all.

Well the mending man came to see my Miele - it made a huge bang this morning and tried to leave the kitchen. He spent ages taking it to pieces, looked at the brushes that were still perfect even though they have been in 5 years. Then he decide it was either motor or control panel or both - at least £400 to replace

So off we went to the shop and tommorow a shiny new LG with whistles, bells and an electronic display panel etc is being delivered and set up.

In the meantime I have a draining board full of soaking wet towels (and my underwear, embarrassing)

I thought this machine would outlive me and I was worried which child I would bequeath it too but not even a Miele lasts forever ...

Evening all,

How heartbreaking reading about princess melody last night, I always loved how she called her partner 'mister'.
I have found this really hard and has affected me more than I thought it would do as have others
As I have wrote before I have found myself in that dark place, a place where I thought the only option was to end my life and thought that by doing so that everyone would be better off,much happier without me where in reality this was not true but just couldn't see any other way at the time, I am so thankful that I had people around me at the time to talk to me and help me but I am gutted that melody couldn't get the help she needed.

Eldest child is in St Albans - she was getting her deliveries from Asda but instead of getting £1 deliveries for £25 shop the minimum is now £40 so she shops all over the place now

My eldest is also in St Albans

But originally they are from York, moved south last year - lived all over the city and BFs family still live outside York

I have old A site on laptop and new A site on iphone....so, at the moment, I can check the wombles to see which gives the best return before hitting the print button. Its surprising the differences that each site shows.
I am in Kent.
