DD3 cut my hair earlier but went a bit wrong, totally lost her way and so I told her to just make it look tidy as was meant to be going to a function. Joanna Lumley is all I will say.

But looks like my long hair is/well has gone before I am 50. :eek:

Phoned my old hairdresser and going to see her tomorrow, hopefully I have something salvageable, she didn't carry on and put any layers in so fingers crossed.

Such a shame as last 2 times DD3 has cut it I have been really pleased and actually thought she did a better job than my hairdresser. :cool:

morning all

some insider information - don't panic yet but do have a contingency plan if you are thinking of using trains over the bank holiday.

Network rail have just confirmed that they are intending to strike from 5 in the evening on bank holiday Monday.
So if you are going out for the day on the train think of going home sooner rather than later

of course this may not come off yet - plenty of time to change their minds and it may just be bluff.

I think this is more to do with the Tuesday morning trains not being in the right places which is why its night time and not morning.

(just hoping that this does not start another political discussion, don't shoot the messenger. Someone explained to me what this was all about but it was so tedious I went MEGO)

It was actually a very short bit, some got their deliveries 2 days late, some got sausages substituted for nappies, that sort of thing.

This is precisely why I have ceramic tiles in the bathroom, and a pedestal mat wrapped around the toilet :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Have to admit though, only ever had the bath drip into the kitchen :eek:
