    This makes me furious

Mind you, it does not help when councils charge a fortune to collect large pieces of waste, ours charges

    1 item 2 items 3 items 4 items 5 items 6 items 7 items 8 items
    £33.00 £42.50 £52.20 £60.20 £80.00 £99.50 £110.50 £126.50

I have been watching Wastemen on BBC 2 on Tuesdays - Sweden manages to send just 1% of it's waste to landfill, and at least one of our councils in this country actually bundles their waste up, pays to ship it to Sweden and pays them to burn it in one of their waste power power stations and it is still cheaper than sending it to landfill  Sweden are onto a darn good thing if you ask me :T
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

    Hi all,

So i'll admit to being a long time follower trying to learn your clever tricks, but have never posted before. I thought i'd done quite well, but appears not!

I did a £40odd shop in sada last night, made a few mistakes - brought 3 packs of the same Olay wipes so the multibuy showed up, whereas the day before i brought 2 x wipes and 1 x toner and they showed at full price on comparison. Also brought a few pouches of green giant sweetcorn on rollback to 50p but compared to £1 in T's that hurt a little!

But mainly my question is - on priceguarantee website (the old one im using i think) it only shows my shop as being £28? not the £40 odd it actually was? and i only got £7.55 voucher - obviously need to learn better! is it because i brought too many items? is it a strict 11 item buy?

Sorry for the questions and to gatecrash - feels like all you guys know each other so i feel a bit like an intruder!

    any help gratefully appreciated! x

The APG only compares up to 10 items so any over this number won't count this works in our favour as well also it won't include any items that compare n/a to other shops so that reduces your total

    welcome gemmylou 1984

-is there anyway you could copy and paste onto here what you can see on asda price guarentee so that we help more
-glitch shopping does take practise we've all been there
    - it may look like we know each other and indeed some do know each other but most dont except on here and just general banter so join in

-some glitches do get fixed quickly

    - re only showing £28 not the £40 you spent its only showing comparable itrems/items it can compare and that count in the comparison (there are some exclusions like baby milk etc)

Hi gemmylou :hello:The minimum number of different items needed is 8, to compare on APG - there's no maximum limit on the number of different items you can buy in a shop, but only 10 of each identical items will compare on the APG.

Is the £28 the cost of the items that are comparing? Those that don't compare will show N?A.

If you post your results someone will take a look :)

PS Which toner did you buy?
