Ta, will have a little Google :) Hope all going well with you

We did go to a Sports Direct yesterday but there was a lot less choice available and my toddler was getting grumpy so I left thinking I'd check online. They did have a little area where it said they could check your arches? Perhaps I'll head to the shops again tomorrow when my Sis is having DS2.
I'd heard lots of good things about the C25K app but still didn't believe it'd work for me. I'd had it installed on my phone since New Year but only just braved starting it because of the weather. I'm determined now though to keep up. Was out yesterday morning before 8am and have run in the rain too. The feeling of completing each run is definitely addictive :D

Funny you should mention park run. I saw last week that they are planning to start doing one not far from me :) Would be brilliant to have something to aim for at the end of the C25K sessions

Have you looked at someone like profeet.co.UK? There's a similar store near us, and I'm sure there's a lit of running stores around that specialize in fitting shoes properly. If I had my time over I would get fitted properly before I started running, ended up with runners knee, it is worth paying more for proper fitted running shoes.

Hells Teeth, you really do love the sound of your own voice ! I don't believe you were the 'cheerful' chappie before - he did go on a bit but at least he had a sense of humour (even if it was a bit of an acquired taste).

All I'm trying to say is, those that voted Tory voted for the wrong reasons. Labour voters flocked to Tory because they were scared of a LAB/SNP deal.

Better Together wanted us to stay as part of the U.K. and take a role in progressive politics. When it became apparent that the SNP were going to take a majority of Scotland the Tories started the scaremongering.

The SNP, abiding by the referendum decision want to work for the whole of the U.K. and not just Scotland. The SNP wanted to champion for free prescriptions, free university tuition, and free concessionary bus travel for the elderly disabled for the people of England.

You'll get none of that now. :(

But it is currently £2 in T so freeeeeee (my two were anyway:D).

Just for you Dippy, the ingredients are 4.5 pressed apples (48%), 1 crushed pear (30%), 1 mashed banana, .75 of a squeezed orange, some beetroot juice (3.8%) and .2 of a squeezed lemon.

HILLBERN - for a Christening present - how about a mint set of this year's coins (or the year the baby was born in if not this year).
