Even Mr T has, it seems, long gone out of stock on Mornflake Chocolately Squares cereal boxes:( - maybe too much pricematching to M's £1 on previous offer periods I feel!:rotfl:

It doesn't matter anyway, as we're all shopping in M for the cheap coffee:p and maybe for a 500g McVities Chocolate Digestives pack of biscuits (I doubt if that will be picked up as it's on a 'special purchase' and I notice it also hasn't reached online or msm, maybe suggesting it's in fewer stores and therefore maybe they're a bit of a long shot). :eek:They work out more expensive than even paying full price (and getting no mbuy saving) on the own brand standard-range biscuits. But just to let you know, as they are cheaper outright (the 500g in M) than the 332g packs on either T's or M's price!

The Mornflake cereal makes it to the 'buy in M' part of the list, if T are no longer playing ball by stocking it. It may be just not online, I don't know.

Nestle Bitesize Shredded Wheat (500g) is at £1.24 but :eek:that's way more than my old guide price of £1 on those, to reach 20p/kg or below, and, for example, the Nestle Shredded Wheat 30 pack (which probably works out at about 750g) was vs Waities at £1.14 recently (now expired I'm afraid) so would have been much much better. Those 500g Bitesize shredded wheats are too expensive! Not getting onto the list. I decide. It does not go into Room 101 (or maybe it does if those are the items we don't like:rotfl:).

    Hi Logie
I definitely struggled with the 5 min runs this evening for week 4 session 2. Really don't see how I'm going to be on 8 mins by week 5 on Saturday.

    I've started again.

Week 1, one run completed today.

I also use strava to compare runs and so my sister can send me "thumbs up" to keep me motivated.
