Ok I see COS are accepting receipts for online shops now. If I was to do one of the offers that says can claim up to 5 times, can that be 5 times in one shop i.e. can buy 5 of the item to be claimed e.g. 5 packets of chicken slices?

I agree. It's even managed to have 1 review on msm before I've even found it:eek: - don't know what it says - I'll have to have a look. With a few wombles you could easily get 6 milk & 6 bread (paypal lets you use 6 email addresses) for your families accounts so that's £3 a week without the offers and bits and bobs you might womble and/or buy.

Terry Burton works well although i had trouble with milk so just bought a 4 star and an unleaded to get the labels which i now keep by my pc.

£5 per week if you womble should be easy enough.

I definitely struggled with the 5 min runs this evening for week 4 session 2. Really don't see how I'm going to be on 8 mins by week 5 on Saturday.
