You need someone fluent in both languages and translating between them - a translator. Online translation software will only be approximate, and if it's not immediately obvious how whatever it is works, online translation will typically just make things all the more confusing.

Try Google translate, just copy and paste small chunks (say a sentence) at a time, select your language from and language to and press Enter. Be aware that sometimes the translation is literal and can be far from what you are actually trying to say.
    ^^^ Hah, you beat me!

OCR followed by Google translate, however beware as Google translate can get you into this situation:

Science isn't exact, it's only confidence within limits.

If you have an android phone you can photograph it in google translate, highlight it and get a translation.

    Warnings above apply

This is your original post translated first to German then back to English using Google Translate:
Hello I translate a few statements that I need . As soon as I scan the document as then can I translate ? Is your software do I need?

    Appreciate your help

    Thx
So I wouldn't use automated translation for anything that requires accuracy ;)
