Tax credits stopped how long to sort out ?

My renewal pack was sent out last week - so will renew online when it comes or is there a better way ? Never renewed before as first year claim.

Thanks Is there a box to explain the calculations ? I can see myself going round in circles otherwise or maybe I should also send in a covering letter inviting them to look at my self assessment return maybe ?

That's a good idea - thanks. I remember it being an issue when a woman on here made a loss and it came off her husbands income, so two seperate tax returns, but I guess mine will match my tax return figures exactly. I will submit normally then worry later if any issues - cheers
