Only one entry per person. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
The prize is one pair of VIP passes and 10 pairs of silver passes (winner + guest) to the WSBK round at Donington Park on 24th May, one of which will include a hot lap in an Alfa Romeo safety car (for winner only).
Please note; Due to delays and scheduling the hot lap can't be guaranteed. Winners will be contacted by the promoter and notified. Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the prize package is excluded.
All prizes must be taken by the named winners. Winners may be requested to provide proof of ID and household address (utility bill, driving license). ID must be in the name of the person who has entered the prize draw. Proof of address must be in the name of the person who has entered the prize draw and failure to do so may result in prize entitlement being withdrawn.
The winners will be the first entries drawn at random by an independent person after the closing date.
The promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners within 10 days of the closing date via email. If attempts to contact the winners fail, or they do not contact the promoter within 24 hours of notification, then the promoter reserves the right to draw another name or names, at random from the entries and to award the prize or prizes to the names selected.
The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be resold for profit or commercial gain
