pcm at bluewater

I received a PCM (with IPC written on ticket too) at bluewater last week. I was parked outside of a bay. My argument is I was told to park in this same space at xmas when there was no where else to park so when i take my mum shopping I park here as its easy access and she's not very mobile. If I had known I would get a fine I would have not done this obviously however I genuinely believed it was not ideal but allowed. Ive read a few threads but its all baffling me tbh. Shall I just pay it even though I cant afford it? I don't want people threatening me and knocking at my door. It seems really confusing to appeal looking at the threads on here and I am a bit scared tbh so any advise will be very appreciated. I now understand I cannot park there and wont again even though i was told too before!

While you are reading the above go back and complain to the shops you visited ......

do you have receipts ?

Hi Raloh thank you, I can't seem to follow the newbie link as it says it's invalid????

The company was PCM. My mother bought an iPad so I'll ask her for the receipt. But who do I show it too? Xx

you complain to the landowner or retailers and try to get a cancellation, take copies /scans/pics of the receipt (or bank statement) and complain in writing or in person and take copies of the receipt or bank statement

also follow the appeal instructions in that newbies thread too , checking if PCM are in the BPA or the IPC (dont ask how ? , use google and check their websites)
