disabled bay across my drive

Hi.
I have a nasty neighbour who has a disabled bay outside his house. But he always parks one foot in front of his bay which blocks my drive.
Who do I call what can I do as he laughs when I ask him to park in his bay.
His bay has been moved back in the past but he ignores his lines completely
Thanks

Does your drive have a dropped kerb?I am not a cat (But my friend is)0

Yes it does0

If his vehicle obstructs you leaving your drive (not arriving) it could be a police matter. But they won't be keen to attend.I am not a cat (But my friend is)0

No they won't I have called them.
I'd like for a company to give him a ticket but I don't know who to call as he is disabled0 -

On a public road?
I'd suggest parking your own vehicle across your drive for a time so the neighbour can't park there and hopefully gets the message.0 -

not going to happen on a public road, private companies do not enforce on public roads, as mentioned earlier its obstruction of your driveway, so maybe you can obtain some sort of injunction against this neighbour ? but otherwise I see it being a police matter (who wont want to get involved)0 -
Redx
Would it be an issue if I parked half in his bay? Would they give me a ticket?
The police don't care.
Who would I need to contact to get an injunction? Thanks0 -
Surely it's your local Council Parking Department who should enforce this. Phone them and I'm sure one of their CEOs will be delighted to place a ticket on his windscreen if he's blocking your driveway entrance.0

How can it be that the police can choose whether or not to get involved? There is clear evidence of an offence being committed ,it has been reported . Perhaps OP should issue a complaint against his local constabulary?Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

The police said ask him again, that's all we would do. The police said if he parks blocking a part of your drive the police cannot do anythingabout it.
I suppose I will just have to call my local council to get multiple tickets placed on his car and wait for the retaliation......0
