Please help. Bank being awkward

Having started Court procceeding's, the bank has informed the court that they intend to defend the court claim, they now have 28 day's to put in their defence from 6th August. Yesterday I recieved a letter from the bank saying
that their original offer was still there if I wanted to accept it, which fell well
short of what they owe me. Today Ive recieved another letter informing me from the bank that I am not running my account properly due to:
Lack of contact
Unpaid item's
income through the account does not justify the overdraft facility
The account is regulary overdrawn without returning to a credit position
They have asked that I telephone them to discuss the current situation to find a suitable solution.
I must say that the point of lack of contact made me laugh as Im alway's
on the phone to them.
I have moved my current account to another bank, leaving my overdraft one still with them. however I do still have a business account with them where my wage's go into, my main worries are:
1. can they take money out of my business account to repay the overdraft
2. I have a loan from the bank which is paid by standing order on the overdraft account. Any money that is paid into the overdraft account for the loan, (which I have never been late with), can they take this to clear my overdraft thus leaving the instalment of my loan unpaid?
I would be grateful if you have any idea's to help me. Im not sure wether to ring them considering the state of play with the court proceeding's or contact citizen's advice? Will the ombudsman even look at the case, considering I feel the bank is getting back at me because of the court case, and can the ombusman actually look at this if it relate's to bank charge's. Has anyone out there been through this particular problem. Hope it make's
sense. Many thank's
