I would try Abbey first - they can be quite flexible. After that you should seek out a fee free broker who will explore the mainstream lenders before pushing you down the "adverse credit" (high proc fee) route.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser code of conduct. Abbey are usually pretty good with this sort of thing especially if you have no arrears on your mortgage. if you can stay with Abbey then you should do, as I doubt you will find a better lender with your credit history, also its a pain in the bum when new lenders want breakdowns of the dmp and loads of fiddly details, good luck.I am a Mortgage Adviser
