Best Orangery Roof Rubber or Fiberglass

Hi,
I am having a 4m x 8m orangery extension with lantern built onto my house and have got down to two firms that are quoting similar prices and build except that one is quoting for a Rubber sealed flat roof and the other a Fiberglass one.
They are both adamant that there option is the way to go as they have fitted tons of them over many years without any issues.
I have tried to research which is best but only really got that both are much better than the old felt type.
The roof will need to withstand traffic for general house maintenance and window cleaning etc.
Can anyone give me any opinions as to which is best. lowest maintenance or last longest as we are building the extension with the view of staying in the property for life (hopefully a long while :rotfl:)
Thanks for any help
Darren

We have used both in the past and they have their merits, but I would use fibreglass for an orangery given the amount of corners and upstands that are needed. You will get a better finish with less chance of seams breaking down. Main thing with glass is not to skimp on the resin and to use the heavier mat. Also you need a couple of days with guaranteed no rain as this will totally ruin the job.0
