Evening all,

Late checking in tonight DD made a flying visit home bringing some bits down with her. We also made a trip to the Cash and Carry to get some sweets for the reception. Why they want them heaven knows!

DH is being an !!!! and annoying me. DD is having a rehearsal dinner the night before the Wedding. DH doesn't like the venue, the price, the fact that every relative of his can't go etc etc. Grrrr, he is annoying me so much and I find it upsetting.

Anyway enough of a rant.

Judi - Hope your DD's Wedding is fantastic and goes according to plan.

Good evening everyone,

another late visit. today started off rather grey but turned into a lovely afternoon. I got 3 loads of washing dry and DH has ironed it all.

spent the day cleaning and tidying the house. this afternoon DH and I popped to Maidstone to pick up DS from work and bought some bamboo canes to plant up our runner beans tomorrow. DS got up to go to work this morning and we thought he had left the house. We got up just after he left and found him sitting downstairs as he had lost his bank card so wanted a lift to work! I found his bank card when I hung his work shirt on the washing line!!

Judi I do hope the wedding was a beautiful occasion, the weather was kind to you and that everything went without a hitch.

TA I hope that you feel better with a few days rest.

HH Did the twins have a party? I hope they had a fab birthday.

Tru I love reading about Scampi's exploits he must bring you so much pleasure.

A late post from me.

Had a good day, went out with ds2 & little dog to tea hut in forest, enjoyed hot drinks and yummy cake. Came back and did 4 hours in garden, it looks so much better but still lots to do. Dh made spag Bol for dinner. Watched the VE celebration on TV.
