Thanks, I know not the main part of your query but just dealt with a case at my previous employment where my client claimed D-WTC for several years but had no underlying entitlement; the overpayment is considerable to say the least.

My friend has been told verbally she's entitled to the SMI cos she gets the disability element of WTC and her psychiatrist has signed her forms and she'll get a backdate. Brilliant. Thanks to all those who've contributed.
