Thanks, I know not the main part of your query but just dealt with a case at my previous employment where my client claimed D-WTC for several years but had no underlying entitlement; the overpayment is considerable to say the least.0 -
My friend has been told verbally she's entitled to the SMI cos she gets the disability element of WTC and her psychiatrist has signed her forms and she'll get a backdate. Brilliant. Thanks to all those who've contributed.0
