Album cover art and my car music player

Can anyone tell how my car music player (a citroen c1 with 7in tablet built in) knows how to display album cover on a formatted usb stick with ONLY one mp3 file from an album and no other files AT ALL on it.

Is it somehow embedded in the mp3 file? is there a database in mp3 car player?

I want to know because it only displays album cover art of this one album. no others.

the album is eminem - recovery btw.

It looks like the cover is embedded in the Eminem MP3's. You can use something like "Musicbrainz Picard" to automatically embed the covers in all the other MP3's too.

MediaInfo program will show if cover art is embedded in mp3 (and other) files.

Look for entries similar to this...

Cover             : Yes
Cover description : Episode Cover
Cover type        : Cover (front)
Cover MIME        : image/jpeg
