What reason did you get that endorsement on your policy?
This. Next course of action is to confirm if this endorsement was put on for a discount or a condition of cover.
If condition of cover, they would not have insured your property if you didn't have those locks and comply with the endorsements. If for a discount, some insurance companies can be a little more lenient.
Find the above out and make your complaint regarding the outcome of the claim.
In the meantime, upgrade your locks - consider the ABS locks.0
