Land registry for private landlords

Really in the need of advice. I an desperatly in the need of the contact details of the private landlord for the tenant of the house next door to me. My family and I have been suffering assault, verbal abuse and harassment from the tenant who rents the house next door for nearly two years. Incidents have been report to police but nothing is being done to stop. I am trying to report the incidents to the landlord of the property. I have purchased the land registry of the property next door. There are two addresses on the land registry, but both are listed as the same ( that being the house next door) it reads as though the house is owned and occupied by the landlord. Any advise as to what I could do next?

The thread heading is confusing - this is not a land registry issue, it is a neighbour dispute issue.
Many landlords don't inform the Land Registry of their home address so this is quite common.
You could write to the LL at next door's address. He may have arranged Royal Mail post forwarding. But if not, the tenants may receive/open the letter so you may wish to write something inoccuous...!
Is there a letting agent involved?
But ultimately, this is no different to having unpleasant owner-occupiers living next door.
Council arbitration?
Police?
Court injunction?0 -
There's every possibility the LL won't give a damn. You need to push the police on this.0

At the very least get your local PCSO round to discuss, they can advise on the possible actions you can take.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0
