Hi All,
Its been two weeks now but still no response from PE.
Do you reckon to chase them via online website?

did you appeal on their website ?

if you did you should have had email responses from them

if you did it by snail mail, then I hope you got a free proof of posting

as for timelines, its 14 days for a response and 35 days for a decision , so you are much too early for either (apart from the email responses I mentioned)

if you used snail mail then I would also submit on their website too, to make doubly sure

Yes I did appeal by attaching PDF version and store receipts via their website.

I did printed the acknowledgement page appeared after submitting. Saying 'Thank you for contacting PE..........'

Still No response yet in any form.

do it again then, as you should have received an automated email response, put a note saying you are doing this for the second time as you have not received any response
