TSB Bank charges

I have been going through the various stages and had little success. I am about to go to court stage and received a letter this week with a denial that the bank will refund charges. In the same letter and also in my current account i received a "GOODWILL PAYMENT" OF £750. I am reclaiming £2000 worth of charges.
I am still going to perue he claim but may have to do it through the Ombudsman rather than court.

I have been advised (on here) to send a letter saying that you have accepted this as 'part payment only' (I am owed nearly £5000)

    Just waiting on more advice!!
