This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18+ years or over except employees, directors or officers of The Grosvenor Hotel Torquay [the Promoter], their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.

The prize draw will run from 1st May and close at midnight on 31st May. The prizes will be drawn on a random basis and winner will be notified by email within 24 hours. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and a further random draw will be made.
The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this prize draw.
By entering into this prize draw, you agree to allow The Grosvenor Hotel to store, process and deal with your details in order to administer the prize draw and to notify the winners.
