Hi, I have been in the wrag group for over a year now and really struggling with the monthly meetings. I suffer with depression, anxiety attacks. I know I should have appealed the decision to place me in the wrag group but could not deal with it at the time. My question is that my mental health has gotten worse (I have home managment team visiting me due to my condition get worse), is there anyway I can try and get in the support group as I really am struggling with it all.

If you have been in the work-related group for over 13 months, you can no longer appeal the original decision to place you in it.
However, if you have gotten worse, you can report a change of circumstances.
If you have good evidence that your condition has gotten worse, in principle there may be little risk of them finding you fit.

If you are having difficulties with the responsibilities in the work-related group, you can ask for what you are required to do to be changed.
Unfortunately if the provider or JCP refuse to change, there is no way to challenge this.
