Ive also recently been "restructured" out. In spite of all my efforts to understand their reasoning and with a plausable case for unfair dismissal the bottom line is that I will leave in 2 weeks. I now figure my energy is better directed to my future rather than fighting dubious morals and ethics in a company that dosent want me. Good luck and hope you find peace in what you're looking for.0
