PayPal problems : People can't pay on my website - Please Help!

Hi there, I have a website that takes PayPal payments.
However, I usually sell loads of what I sell one week, and then the next, I sell almost none, yet I get people asking "How do they Pay?" via email.
I have come to the conclusion that there is something wrong with how my Paypal payments are set up, but what?
I currently use the merchant tools and copy and paste the various URL's. (known as email urls in paypal) so that people can pay. Perhaps its even the hyperlinks?
The strange thing is.. everything seems to work for me, paypal loads, the links work...everything.
I am using sohoadmin and a certain "Site Builder" package for people not too great on HTML.
Can anybody help me? This has been going on for a few months now.

rite ok just looked. and all works fine.
even signed into my paypal, and all seemed ok. the layout of the website isnt the best. but thats only my personal point of view.
the only thing i can think of us people dont know to click 'buy now' or they dont understand how to pay via paypal without having an account.
but with surely u'd get some people realising what to do. not every person. but ur site is fine. so just as long as ur site up time isnt effecting it. then the only other thing is paypal.
but i used it and worked fine0 -
