Purchasing a new home having kitchen choice trouble

Hi

I have purchased a new build apartment and ive had to raise a complaint because I purchased a frontals upgrade and they are only upgrading the doors not the plinths or door sides. I paid 600 pound for this upgrade and I wasn't told that the plinths and sides wouldn't be gloss.

I spoke to the sales manager who told me that they would have to change and redesign the size of the kitchen but it was to late in the process to do this because of the gloss frame. They gave me the opportunity to re-choose the kitchen, but when they sent the brochure over it showed that the gloss kitchen is the exact same size as the matte and the sales manager has lied to me.

What should I do? I have exchanged contracts and have no leverage of breaking the contract, Im in process of contacting their head office but i dont think this will achieve anything.

Any help would be fully appreciated, I hate being lied to and would love to overcome this with a full gloss kitchen :)

Thanks in advance
