What can I use to remove paint and plaster stains from my brick paving?
Will white spirt work?

My builder used mortar cleaner on my patio - I have just checked the lable (half a bottle still in the garage) and it says it is a hydrochloric acid solution . You basically just wet the surface, put some of this on and give it a scrub and a rinse.
The one we have is a 5 litre thing from Travis Perkins. The price was included in the work I had done, but I seem to remember is being about £5

Don't know if it would work for the stains - I have always used Netrol -
