If you both get income support and ca. Would you both get a carers premium or would only one be payable? Thank you.

If you get IS and CA, the full amount of CA is taken off the IS and then the premium is added to the IS. Overall you will get approximately £43 per week from IS (if it's a single person claim).0

I think the original poster is asking if it is possible for two people who claim Income Support as a couple to each receive a Carers Premium. If both are caring for different people and both get paid (or have underlying entitlement to) Carers Allowance then the answer is that two Carers Premiums can be paid in one Income Support claim.
See
https://www.wirral.gov.uk/my-services/social-care-and-health/i-look-after-someone/carers-benefitsFor a couple you will be allowed one Carer Premium for each of you who satisfies these conditions – so you can get two Carer Premiums if you are each caring for a different disabled person. For instance you might each be caring for a different disabled child. Or you might be a couple, both severely disabled, who each look after each other.0
