Excel parking Leeds crown point

Hi all,
I have received a letter from excel asking for £100.00 for parking on a disabled bay on 26/03/15, I've read on here that it's best to ignore them and they'll eventually go away, the threads I read that in are from 2013, I just wanted to ask if this is still the case with excel?
Thanks

Read the Newbies "sticky" thread. Read through it carefully. It will take a little time but you need to understand what you are dealing with here.
If you have any questions after reading it through, come back here. You will get help and advice, but you really need to do some of the legwork yourself, as those who can help on here are very busy (look at the number of threads each day...)!Bournemouth - home of the Mighty Cherries0 -

Don't pay if you don't want to.
Read up the sticky thread as #20 -
your choice
you can appeal but they will likely turn it down, then its the kangaroo court called the IAS who are also likely to turn you down
then its ignore for 6 years unless you get an LBCCC or an MCOL for court
its all explained in previous threads about excel on here, and about that site or similar sites , and in that NEWBIES sticky thread near the top of the forum, so I suggest you read all that info as you arent the first and wont be the last either
its your lack of research thats holding you back, as the knowledge is here and has been since it all changed back in 2012
if you ignore they have 6 years to pursue it through small claims court0
