McDonalds thinking they can still clamp

When out and about yesterday, I wondered over to the branch of McDonalds next to Brimsdown station, and couldn't help noticing they still think they can clamp & remove your vehicles if you break any of the 'rules'. Although didn't see any other signs from a PPC, so empty threats:

And there was me under the impression that signs detailing the banned practise of clamping had to be removed by a certain date (unless you are called CP Plus and claim to be operating under railway bylaws when it suits them) :rotfl:

Almost as meaningless as
until someone follows through on the threat.
Depending upon how clued up the McDoanlds staff are they may actualy carry out the threat ( the clamp/tow one ) its entirly up to you should you wish to try it out.
However in the scheme of things, a sign that is no more than an empty threat but still a believable one to the majority out there is better than a money grubbing PPC infesting the siteFrom the Plain Language Commission:

There are still lots of out of date clamping signs. On the basis they have no legal standing I ignore them if no other penalties mentioned and park there as I need to.0
