However, you could nominate to sell (almost) immediately, so you (and those trackers) effectively got an in specie dividend that they then turned into a cash one.I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

Well if the trackers are all selling and crashing the price shouldn't we be buying

I decided to use the free selling service as my wife only holds a few hundred shares so the South32 holding wasn't going to be worth much.I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.
