I have literally just exchanged after what was a complicated purchase / sale process due to me also buying a parcel of land from a seperate buyer but wanting it tied to the exchange. I used RMNJ who are a conveyancing specialist and I have nothing but good things to say, they negotiated the restrictive covenant for me and gt a better deal than I had hoped. Also my buyers solicitors were very slow and held up the exchange for a week with last minute questions. Despite this they kept everyone informed and all went smoothly.

I only spoke to them twice over the phone everything else was done by email or post. I would definitely recommend them based on my personal experience anyway. They seem to get good feedback and more importantly were £1000 cheaper overall than my local solicitors.
