Flight delay compensation

Hi,
I've been trying to claim compensation for a delayed flight with Thomas Cook to the Dominican Republic back in 2008. I can't find my booking reference or boarding card and TC are refusing to look into my claim with one of these. Can anyone give me any advice on what to do next? Thanks

there is a separate board for delays

However you have 6 years from the date of the flight to start court proceedings (5 years if in Scotland) assuming you have not already done this TC can safely ignore you or reject your claim and there is nothing you can do...
They will gladly have you hunting for all your details before eventually telling you "over 6 years = too late"0 -
After 6 years why do you think you deserve compensation ?Legal team on standby0

You're too late. The statue of limitations in England is 6 years so if you haven't started court proceedings you're very unlikely to get anything. Sorry but if the delay was that bad you would have claimed earlier.0
