I may indeed be wrong - just the offer is misleading - I think the T&Cs shown on the Quidco offer should have stated does not apply to non-refundable bookings
I wasn't necessarily referring to you being wrong
Although in saying that, I expect the terms and conditions stated it only applied to certain deals. especially as it makes a point of saying check before checkout.
I think its a case of you just missing a term I am afraid. And the fact they can 'pull' it at any time means they are covered...0
