All bookings must be made via the promoters nominated travel supplier. b. Accommodation will be selected by Digital Spring Limited according to availability at the time of booking and subject to their discretion.
c. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted.
d. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued and the tickets for that calendar year will be deemed to have been used.
e. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided should cancellation occur
f. All flights and bookings are subject to availability and must be booked by 31st December 2015 and travel must occur before 14th June 2016
g. Travel insurance is not provided, but is mandatory and should be obtained by the competition winner at their own discretion and expense
h. Meals and other items of a personal nature are not included unless detailed in the competition specification and are the responsibility of the winner.
i. The 3 day stay will be in a Club Room with Club benefits at Hotel Icon. The winner must stay before 15th June 2016. The following dates are unavailable for booking: 24th December - 1st January; 8-10 February 2016.
j. Tickets are issued in accordance with, and travellers shall abide by, the chosen airline’s published Conditions of Carriage. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
k. Once the flight tickets have been issued, the Promoter, shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of promoter or airline.


The prizes are as stated in these terms and no cash alternative will be provided and the prizes are not transferable.

Winner and their guest must be a permanent British citizen, must hold a current valid UK passport and must obtain an appropriate visa (if required) prior to departure.
