Banks Credit ratings

On reading a post on another thread I noticed that Barclays was asking for a judgment in default to be set aside by agreement as part of an agreement ot pay the sums due under the default judgment. This makes me wonder are all these judgments starting to effect the Banks credit ratings making it difficult for them to raise money. It cannot look good if you have a bank with a load of judgments for small amounts.

You think it would have a negative affect wouldn't you?

As a customer, if you have one judgement against you it can make life very difficult to get any sort of credit.

Some of the banks must have hundreds. However, they seem to be a law unto themselves, so it could be a case of other financial institutions they associate with to raise money just 'forget' about these judgements.
