Tel code 0034 is Spain & the islands like the Canaries. 928 is (I 'm fairly sure) a number you pay to ring. I'd ignore it if it were me.0

There's been a few comps with holidays in Spain, even in the magazine comps (ie Take A break), and from The Telegraph earlier in the year.
I would answer if they call back, but maybe not ring them.0 -
